2) GPS Units are water resistant, not water proof, No GPS can withstand the high speed crashes associated with Speed Sailing. You must use a waterproof case. We recommend the Aquapac Large Armband Case (Model 212). These cases are the highest quality and will do the best job protecting your GPS, cell phone, or pager. It will float is it slips off your arm in a crash.(It happens!).
